"Katie more than proved her value multiple times throughout the wedding planning process and it's hard to imagine our wedding without her. She spent ample time with us prior to even the day of to ensure all details were communicated. Her prior experience as a Stage Manager really shined during wedding planning the many times unique schedules or last minute changes had to be coordinated. Katie always was professional, friendly, organized and on top of the details. What we liked most was the ability to "customize" what exactly we had her for day of rather than just get a cookie-cutter package of tasks that most day of coordinators stick to. Of course, we personally never intend to have another wedding ever again, BUT if a wedding was a repeat type of event, you better believe we would be involving Katie again."

Katie is the best to have by your side when coordinating any event. Her attention to detail, ability to delicately and effectively handle a variety of personalities, especially around the excitement of big family at our wedding, and her orderliness and timeliness is just impeccable. It was almost as if she knew exactly what I wanted And was by my side for my wedding without me having to worry about any of that. I’m the youngest of 11 and my husband has 60 first cousins, so there was lots to juggle.

I could simply show up and be the bride and enjoy my day! Hands down if I could have Katie’s abilities and access to her in all areas of my life, she would enhance every single one of them. Tell her your dreams and put your worries aside, knowing that she will take care of it all, in ways better than you could’ve imagined!

Now I need to hire her to coordinate a wellness retreat in the tropics!
